She is drawn to this work by a belief that our stories matter — and that understanding where we’ve been can help shape where we’re going. With a background in people development and crisis counselling, Samantha brings a compassionate, steady presence to therapy and a deep respect for the resilience people carry, even in difficult moments.
Rachel Capron

She brings a calm, compassionate, and approachable presence to therapy, helping clients feel supported as they build understanding, confidence, and practical tools for everyday challenges.

She brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to therapy, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences while building skills that feel practical and supportive in everyday life.
Leslie Snowdon

Courtney Vezina
Courtney supports children, teens, adults, and families navigating the impact of trauma, attachment challenges, and complex life experiences. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work, creating a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they begin to heal. Alongside her clinical work, Courtney also offers attachment-informed clinical supervision; at this time, she is accepting new supervisees only.
