Meagan works with children (10+), teens, adults, and couples who are navigating difficult experiences, relationship challenges, and times in life when things simply feel unfair. Meagan strives to create an environment where clients feel accepted as they are and supported as they work toward change.
Approach & Areas of Focus
Meagan’s work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. She believes that even in the midst of hardship, people have an innate capacity for resilience, growth, and healing — sometimes they just need support accessing it.
Her approach draws from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. Meagan focuses on helping clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and identify practical steps toward the life they want to be living.
Meagan often supports clients who are:
Working through difficult or overwhelming life experiences
Struggling with self-acceptance or self-confidence
Navigating relationship challenges or communication breakdowns
Feeling stuck during periods of transition or change
Wanting to build coping skills and emotional resilience
