Services

Every client’s story is unique — and so is every therapeutic approach.

Find the right support when you need it.

Our team supports children, teens, adults, couples, families, and clinicians through anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, parenting challenges, grief, neurodivergence, life transitions, and more.

We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience.

How We Match Approaches to Your Needs

Different concerns call for different tools. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches that align with what you’re navigating — for example:

  • CBT for anxiety and mood concerns

  • EMDR for trauma

  • SPACE Therapy for reducing childhood anxiety through parent-led change

  • EFT or Gottman Method for relationship challenges

  • ACT for emotional regulation and values-based living

  • Narrative Therapy for identity and meaning

  • IFS-informed work for internal conflict

  • Mindfulness & self-compassion for stress and self-criticism

  • Christian Counselling (individual, couples, family)

  • And more…

You don’t need to know which approach is right for you — we’ll figure that out together.

Service Categories

  • Individual therapy offers a supportive, grounding space to explore your internal world, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

    We commonly support adults navigating:

    • anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic worry

    • depression, burnout, or emotional numbness

    • trauma or long-standing emotional patterns

    • relationship stress, boundaries, and attachment wounds

    • identity exploration and self-worth

    • caregiving stress or compassion fatigue

    • grief, loss, and major life transitions

    • chronic health conditions or health-related anxiety

Our therapists combine relational warmth with evidence-based approaches to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

  • Developmentally grounded therapy to help children and youth navigate anxiety, big emotions, peer challenges, behavioural concerns, school avoidance, and family stress.
Parents receive guidance and support — because family systems matter.

SPACE Therapy (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)

SPACE is an evidence-based, parent-focused approach that reduces childhood anxiety by changing patterns within the family system — without requiring the child to participate directly.

Parents learn supportive responses that lower anxiety, strengthen connection, and reduce behaviours that unintentionally reinforce avoidance.

    Especially helpful for:

    • separation anxiety

    • school refusal

    • generalized anxiety

    • sleep routines and transitions

    • OCD behaviours

    • avoidance patterns

    • shutdowns + overwhelm

We support couples and families navigating:

    • communication breakdowns

    • recurring conflict

    • stress or trauma affecting the relationship

    • parenting differences or blended family challenges

    • emotional distance or disconnection

    • boundary difficulties or role strain

    • The Gottman Method

    • Attachment-based family therapy

    • Systems-informed relational work

The goal is not to assign blame — it’s to help each person feel seen and supported as you create healthier patterns together.
