Victoria Trotta
Registered Psychotherapist
Victoria works with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. She brings a calm, approachable presence to therapy and values creating a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they’re experiencing. Victoria believes therapy should feel both supportive and practical — a place to reflect, but also to build skills that make everyday challenges more manageable.
Approach & Areas of Focus
Victoria practices from a client-centred, collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s goals and pace. Her work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), helping clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing concrete strategies for change.
She supports clients in building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and approaching challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Victoria values therapy that balances insight with action, ensuring clients leave sessions with tools they can apply in real life.
Victoria commonly supports clients with:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Stress and burnout
