Courtney McCarney
Registered Social Worker
Courtney supports individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, stress, and life transitions with empathy, clarity, and strength. As both a clinician and a mom, she brings real-world understanding to her work, creating a compassionate environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences without judgment. Courtney believes that change often begins with understanding the stories we tell ourselves and the patterns that keep us stuck, and she works collaboratively with clients to build clearer insight and stronger self-direction.
