Debbie Smith

Master of Social Work, Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)

Debbie brings a steady, down-to-earth approach to counselling — the kind of support that helps you feel understood, capable, and less alone in what you’re carrying. With decades of experience in child welfare and a strengths-based lens, she meets clients where they’re at and helps them build practical momentum forward.

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Depression and low mood

  • ADHD

  • Relationship challenges (individual support)

  • Self-esteem, guilt, and shame

  • Home visits (when stepping out isn’t feasible)
