Kiera Maguire
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest parts of the journey, and I applaud your bravery in taking these first steps. Together, we’ll explore what’s working for you and what’s not. We’ll gain clarity of your needs, the direction you want your life to take, and what is needed to get you there. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, empowerment, and respect. Our space is one where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, where you can think, feel, and speak without judgment. I work with kids (7+), teens, families, adults and couples.
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
