Rachel works with teens (16+) and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to therapy, offering a space where clients can slow things down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and feel supported without pressure to have it all figured out. Rachel values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood.
Approach & Areas of Focus
Rachel’s work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Attachment Therapy, supporting clients in understanding emotions, attachment needs, and the patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others. Her approach is relational, collaborative, and paced with care, prioritizing emotional safety and self-compassion.
Her work is also informed by CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, allowing her to adapt therapy to each client’s goals and needs. Rachel practices from a neuroaffirming lens and has experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community with care and respect.
