Find the right support when you need it.

Our team supports children, teens, adults, couples, families, and clinicians through anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, parenting challenges, grief, neurodivergence, life transitions, and more.

We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience.

How We Match Approaches to Your Needs

Different concerns call for different tools. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches that align with what you’re navigating — for example:

  • CBT for anxiety and mood concerns

  • EMDR for trauma

  • SPACE Therapy for reducing childhood anxiety through parent-led change

  • EFT or Gottman Method for relationship challenges

  • ACT for emotional regulation and values-based living

  • Narrative Therapy for identity and meaning

  • IFS-informed work for internal conflict

  • Mindfulness & self-compassion for stress and self-criticism

  • Christian Counselling (individual, couples, family)

  • And more…

You don’t need to know which approach is right for you — we’ll figure that out together.

Parents receive guidance and support — because family systems matter.

SPACE Therapy (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)

SPACE is an evidence-based, parent-focused approach that reduces childhood anxiety by changing patterns within the family system — without requiring the child to participate directly.

Parents learn supportive responses that lower anxiety, strengthen connection, and reduce behaviours that unintentionally reinforce avoidance.

    Especially helpful for:

    • separation anxiety

    • school refusal

    • generalized anxiety

    • sleep routines and transitions

    • OCD behaviours

    • avoidance patterns

    • shutdowns + overwhelm
