She is passionate about encouraging others in their life journey, through their struggles and beyond. As a wife and mother, Courtney is committed to promoting the mental health of individuals and couples to encourage family and community growth.

Courtney is a Registered Psychotherapist and currently completing her Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree. Following her Masters in Counselling Psychology, Courtney also trained with the Trauma Research Foundation: Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Courtney has special interest in working with clients who have relationship and attachment difficulties, developmental trauma and those within the foster care and adoption community.

Prior to entering the psychotherapy field, Courtney worked professionally with children and youth in educational and private settings. Her experience with adolescent mental health and supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities brings insight into her psychotherapy practice.


In-person and Online Sessions, under Registered Psychotherapy or Social Work for insurance purposes:
$170+HST per 50 minute session (Individual)
$190+HST per 50 minute session (Couples/Family)
