INSURANCE COVERAGE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Insurance plans and coverage vary greatly depending on the insurer, it is your responsibility to check directly with your benefits provider for coverage specific to Registered Psychotherapists or Registered Social Workers.
Payment is accepted in full at the end of each session by debit, credit, cash, or e-transfer. An official receipt is provided for each appointment and can be submitted to your insurance provider if applicable.
Please note that missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the session are billed at the regular rate.
Fee Information
The initial Intake appointment is 75 minutes in length. This allows additional time to build rapport and complete a thorough assessment. The longer appointment applies to individual, couples and family therapy sessions.
The fee ranges found below are therapist specific (and HST does not apply to RSW clinicians)

Intake Session Fee from $210.00 - $240.00 (+HST)
Clinical Intern Fee: $120 + HST
Following the assessment, each appointment is 50 minutes in length with the following rates:
Individual Therapy $140.00 - $170.00 (+HST)
— Clinical Intern Fee: $90 + HST
Couples Therapy $170.00 - $200.00 (+HST)
— Clinical Intern Fee: $100 + HST
Family Therapy $170.00 - $200.00 (+HST)
Longer appointments are available upon request and the fees will be pro-rated.
The fees applied will depend on the specific therapist providing the service.
Limited sliding scale appointments are offered based on availability.
