Meet Randy…

He has been working in the field of Emotional/Mental Health for over 20 years. He is committed to helping improve the lives of individuals, couples, and families with the hope of creating positive contributions to society at large. He believes every small piece can affect the greater whole.

Randy has earned a BA in psychology from the University of Ottawa and an MA in Pastoral Counselling from the University of St. Paul’s. Randy is trained in Emotion Focused and Cognitive Therapies and his style focuses on Insight and Learning models. Randy is also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Randy has also received training in Family Mediation and has helped people work through issues of Bereavement, Trauma, Conflict, and Forgiveness.

Randy has worked in the fields of Child Protection, Employee Assistance Counselling, and Private Psychotherapy. He has worked with people of different culture and ages, from child to senior. This perspective adds to his holistic and common sense approach to counselling.


In-person and Online Sessions:

$155+HST per 50 minute session (Individual)
$175+HST per 50 minute session (Couples/Family)

Randy is Clinically Supervised by a Registered Social Worker for insurance purposes.
