Meet Megan…

Through a collaborative discussion, I work with clients to cultivate change and empower them to find their inner voice, set boundaries, and align with their authentic selves. This leads to more clarity as clients expand their awareness by listening to their body and mind while creating meaningful connections with themselves and others.

I work with clients who deal with depression, anxiety, stress, relational difficulties, and other challenges. With consideration of the client’s current challenges, I integrate techniques from a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach is strengths-based and compassionate-focused. I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for clients to share their story, adding to the rich understanding of human experience.
