Meet Kelsey…


Kelsey completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Social Sciences of Health from the University of Ottawa. Kelsey brings a wide array of experiences to therapy. She is currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. 

Initially, Kelsey began working with clients living with intellectual disabilities, then shifted towards the mental health sector. She has experience working with individuals that struggle with substance use and addictions, women with PTSD who have experienced sexual assault, childhood trauma, relational traumas, issues with self-esteem, anxiety, self-harm, and grief. Additionally, Kelsey expands her scope of practice by working with families to improve communication, connection, and respect. Above all, Kelsey strives to support her clients by encouraging self-compassion and increasing insight and awareness.

Kelsey is passionate about providing a safe, empathetic, non-judgemental space for individuals who are seeking support in bettering their everyday lives. Taking a well-rounded, holistic perspective, Kelsey is intrigued by client-centered and trauma-informed approaches, and other integrated interventions that offer collaborative tools (namely; CPT, IFS, Somatic or Body-Centered psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Therapy) in order to support the individual needs of each unique client.

In-person and Online sessions, under Registered Psychotherapy for insurance purposes:
$160.00 per 50 minute session (Individual)
$190.00 per 50 minute session (Couples/Family)
