Meet Kelsey…

Kelsey completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Social Sciences of Health. Kelsey brings a wide array of experiences to therapy. She is currently a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. 

Initially, Kelsey began working with clients living with intellectual disabilities, then shifted towards the mental health sector. She has experience working with individuals that struggle with substance use and addictions, dual diagnosis, women with PTSD who have experienced sexual assault, and clients with intellectual cognitive impairments. Kelsey has additional experience providing supportive work to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. 

Kelsey is passionate about providing a safe, empathetic, non-judgemental space for individuals who are seeking support in bettering their everyday lives. Taking a more well-rounded, holistic perspective, Kelsey is intrigued by client-centered approaches, trauma-informed approaches, and other integrated interventions that offer collaborative tools (namely; CBT and CPT) in order to support the individual needs of each unique client.

In-person and Online sessions, under Registered Psychotherapy for insurance purposes:
$150+HST per 50 minute session (Individual)
$180+HST per 50 minute session (Couples/Family)
